Educational Institution: Kharkov Mechanical College Industry: Machinery Universal tilter is intended for assembly and disassembly of engines of different sizes large, medium, and small. The versatility of tilter reveals itself in the fact that only the right and left support brackets (individual for each type of engine) are replaced. The tilting device can be used in both in stationary factory (with the installation of anchor bolts and concrete pouring) and portable (for workshops, small workshops) variants. Tilter was designed using separate assembly units. All design was carried out in 3D space with the subsequent creation of 2D detailing drawings, using standard libraries of fasteners and other parts, various 3D modeling operations, parametric variables, material application, and welds. 3D model of the tilting device is provided with maximum level of detail and consists of more than 500 parts.
