Precise Tooth Profile
Project Description
The author tried to design in different systems, but nowhere was it possible to design a tooth profile mathematically accurate. And now, thanks to the T-FLEX CAD system, the author was able to create an accurate tooth profile.
This tooth profile can be applied in the development of spur, helical, hypoid, chevron gears and does not worry about something going wrong. Thanks to the parametric capabilities of the T-FLEX CAD system, a lot of work has been done on mathematical calculations of the points of the tooth profile.
Functional capabilities of T-FLEX CAD used in design:
- various parameterization tools;
- variable editor;
- control dialogs, etc.
The model is made in T-FLEX CAD 16.
